Week 1: Group Nervous System Expansion
Week 2: Asynchronous (receive frameworks, resources, reflection questions and/or audio meditations to work with)
Week 3: Group Coaching
Week 4: Integration and/or *1:1 Nervous System Healing and Expansion Session
