Potentia is a six-month, small group program for high capacity leaders, visionaries, entrepreneurs, and change makers stepping into creation or expansion in leadership, business and life.

6 months of group programming supported by individualized 1:1 nervous system repatterning work.

Wings made of wax will melt and drop out of the sky. A tree with no roots will fall. A vision without support structure will fail. A human without the nervous system capacity to hold what they are creating will collapse (eventually).
Holding complex change is an inescapable reality of building vision (and building a life). With the right root structure, you can increase your capacity to realize your vision without sacrificing your body, mind and soul in the process. Change is inevitable. Being sucked dry of your life force while trying to keep vision alive isn’t.
