What to Do When the World Is On Fire

My energy is divided these days.

Trying to stay aware of what is happening in Ukraine without allowing myself to be consumed (and pulled under) by news feeds.

Serving my clients well.

Building, refining and launching products and services to meet people where they are.

Really being present for and with my children as they navigate adolescence, high school and college in this strange world we find ourselves in.

And trying to nourish my body, support my well-being and ground my nervous system so I can do all of the things.
